My skin is feeling less sun kissed than it was about a week ago, but the bright rays outside of my window have given me some hope that warmer weather will be upon us.
I have finished putting my photos into a web album, but I am still working on writing out all of our experiences. I am really looking forward to sharing them with you!!

All too often practitioners of yoga take the practice way too seriously. Many of you that have taken yoga with me know I like to be playful, laugh and smile.
